Our stylists are W-2 employees with a tiered commission pay structure, meaning you earn a percentage of your service sales — along with tips, retail incentives, and sales bonuses.
We also offer hourly versus commission pay protection, so you'll always receive the greater of your hourly rate or your commission earned each pay period. All color materials, tools, and booking software are fully provided for you — so you can focus on your guests and your growth, not overhead or admin.
As a W-2 employee, all taxes are automatically deducted from your paycheck, and you're not responsible for self-employment taxes like independent stylists are.
